How Opopoï handles your workshop enquiry, online booking and your analytics preferences.
Who is responsible
This site is published by Opopoï — Mathias Salanon, the data controller for the processing described here. For any question about your information, write to hello@opopoi.com.
Your workshop enquiry
The brief form asks for your name, company, professional email and project objective. Phone, group size, date, location, language and context are optional. This information is used only to respond to you and to prepare a possible workshop — pre-contractual steps taken at your request; it does not subscribe you to any newsletter.
When submitted, the brief is transmitted to Web3Forms, our form-processing provider, which emails it to hello@opopoi.com. Web3Forms processes this information under its own privacy policy. web3forms.com/privacy
Online booking
The booking page embeds the Cal.com calendar, which loads when you open that page so you can book. Cal.com then processes your booking details as an external provider, under its own privacy policy. cal.com/privacy
Analytics
If analytics (Google Analytics) is configured, it starts only with your consent; accepting and declining are offered equally. No form text and no contact details are ever sent to it. Campaign parameters present in the URL are passed on to internal links, the calendar and your brief; they are kept in the session only with your consent. Your choice is stored for 180 days in your browser’s local storage, and you can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Analytics cookies expire after six months. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically.
Technical data, retention and your rights
To prevent abuse, the form relies on an invisible honeypot field and on Web3Forms’ anti-spam protections. Information we receive is kept for the time needed to answer your enquiry, manage any engagement and meet applicable obligations.
You can request access, correction, deletion or object to processing by writing to hello@opopoi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
